Full renovation of Building 13, Ward AB (second level of three-story brick building built in 1940). Modernization of bedroom/bathroom suites and associated clinical and support spaces that provide specialized care for veterans. Work included: demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, terazzo floor renovation, full new exit stairwell, ceiling systems, new HVAC, electrical, telecommunications systems, sprinkler, fire alarm system, and plumbing.
